I have been in the real estate business for thirty years on the legal side of the transactions. Mike is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. We traveled to SW Florida to purchase our future home, having never visited before. Mike spent many hours on the phone with us, helping us research communities and golf courses. We went under contract within a few days and closed on a beautiful condo in a fantastic gated golf community within 45 days. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and patient. He consistently went above and beyond, even after we closed remotely from Upstate New York.
